I was born in Aurora, Illinois, raised in Wisconsin, spent my adult years in Missouri and have lived in Western New York for many years. Undergraduate studies were done at Milwaukee-Downer College and I received a Master of Fine Arts from the University of New York at Buffalo. Post graduate studies were completed with the International School of Art in Montecastello di Vibio, Italy.

Painting began as an "in between" while raising four children and now, as I enjoy my six grandchildren, I can focus more deeply on the creative experience!  In 2009 I had the honor of completing 3 paintings for the board room of the Greatbatch offices here in Western New York and in that year, I began my affiliation with the ISSR Shiloh Shepherd Dog Association.  Please visit my website for further information about this!  www.zoarvalleyshilohs.weebly.com/
